THE BRIEF

An exclusive new villa set on a steep slope with privileged sea views in Bendinat. The plot has a grade change of 20 meters from front to back. The exterior of the home includes an entry driveway and pedestrian gate, pool, retaining walls, several terraces, pergolas, sunken lounge seating, a lower annex, and coveted views to the sea.

This is a collaborative project with Antonio Garcia-Ruiz Architecture and Garcia Adamez Construction.
