A beautiful new home located on a plot of 22 000 m2 with stunning views of the Tramontana mountains in Biniali.
The plot is flat and is surrounded by vineyards. The new home includes guest parking with guest house, entrance courtyard, pool with pool house, and various terraces with outdoor dining and lounge seating. One hectare of the plot will be dedicated to a vineyard.
The clients, a young family, appreciate natural landscapes and would like to use part of the garden as a way to spend time observing nature with their children. The gardens around the house include a large area for an ornamental grass and perennial meadow with bronze sculpture, a succulent garden, and a courtyard garden with a natural lawn of clover and perennials. Large olive trees and mixed planting will flank the driveway leading to corten planters along the entrance walkway.
